We are looking for advocates and attorneys-at-law, whose responsibilities will include but not be limited to: provision of legal assistance in commercial, civil and business law cases, including participation in litigation activities in corporate and other business disputes; preparation of legal opinions and information; supervision of case and project documentation; drafting pleadings, contracts and corporate documents; appearing before courts and public administration authorities.

The ideal candidate should:
  • Be qualified as an attorney-at-law or advocate.
  • Have at least two years of professional experience in a law firm dealing with litigation, corporate services as well as drafting and review of contracts.
  • Have a so-called “knack for writing”.
  • Possess exemplary work organisation skills, commitment, thoroughness, meticulousness and independence in performing assigned tasks.
  • Speak and write in English with confidence.
  • Be communicative and creative as well as a good team player with the ability to work under time pressure.

Trainee attorney-at-law

TRAINEE ADVOCATE / TRAINEE ATTORNEY-AT-LAW

We are looking for candidates for the position of a trainee advocate/trainee attorney-at-law, whose responsibilities will include but not be limited to: provision of legal assistance in the field of commercial, civil and business law, including participation in procedural activities undertaken in court proceedings in corporate and other business disputes; preparation of draft opinions and legal information; supervision of case and project documentation; drafting of pleadings, contracts and corporate documentation; contacting courts and public administration authorities.

The ideal candidate should:
  • Be on the first or second year of their law training contractü
  • Have at least one year of professional experience in a law firm dealing with litigation and corporate services.
  • Have a “knack for writing”.
  • Speak and write in English with confidence.
  • Have exemplary work organisation skills, commitment, accuracy, meticulousness and independence in performing assigned tasks.
  • Be communicative and creative as well as a good team-player with the ability to work under time pressure.
  • Be willing to develop and expand their competences.

Legal assistant / Lawyer

LEGAL ASSISTANT / LAWYER

We are looking for candidates for the position of a legal assistant / lawyer, whose responsibilities will include: support of PZL lawyers in provision of legal assistance in the field of commercial, civil and business law; support of PZL lawyers in court proceedings, including corporate disputes and other business cases; supervision of case and project documentation; drafting of pleadings, contracts and corporate documentation, with the support and under the supervision of senior lawyers; contacting courts and public administration bodies.

 

The ideal candidate should:
  • Be in their final years (penultimate or last year) of law degree or already be a law graduateü
  • Be available to work at least 3 days a week
  • Be distinguished by thoroughness and meticulousness in the performance of assigned tasks
  • Have a „knack for writing”
  • Speak and write in English with confidence
  • Have a good grasp of basic legal concepts
  • Be communicative and creative as well as a good team-player with the ability to work under time pressure
