Scope of our services
Advising on preparing the company for launching its operations on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange or in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect or Catalyst markets
Advising on changing the listing market from NewConnect to the Warsaw Stock Exchange, handling the delisting process

Representing issuers in the course of proceedings concerning infringements of disclosure obligations conducted before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
Providing legal advice on the implementation of minority shareholders’ right to information by, among other things: formulating requests for information under Article 428 of the Polish Code of Commercial Companies or initiating proceedings for the appointment of special auditors.
Defending a public company against corporate blackmail by blocking the implementation of the share capital increase process, including representing the company in injunction proceedings regarding claims for the annulment or revocation of resolutions of corporate bodies.
Providing legal advice in defence against a hostile takeover by a competing public company, including developing a detailed strategy and conducting meetings of the companies’ corporate bodies, as well as executing a share capital increase within the framework of authorized capital combined with the issuance of subscription warrants, aimed at enabling the implementation of company consolidation.
Defending a company in the construction industry against a hostile takeover, including representing the company in registration proceedings that ended with the non-appealable dismissal of the application for entry of a change of details in the register of entrepreneurs of the persons falsely claiming membership in the company’s corporate bodies.
