Bartosz has extensive experience in commercial litigation, in particular corporate disputes. He advises Clients within the framework of complex, multithreaded and often unprecedented disputes in relation to the defence against hostile takeovers, challenging resolutions of company bodies and disputes concerning the defence of minority shareholders’ rights.

His area of expertise also includes issues relating to planning and implementation of intergenerational succession, in particular the choice of the optimal legal form and the restructuring of assets under the “exit” strategy of the successive boards oversight.

Bartosz advises Clients in the area of corporate law and investment agreements both at the pre-transaction stage and further up to the finalisation of the transaction.

He is known for his commitment and meticulousness, as well as creativity and the ability to go beyond the usual patterns of thinking, which proves particularly helpful when dealing with complex legal issues.
