Aleksandra Warpechowska Junior Associate

Aleksandra’s areas of interest include business and civil law, in particular property law.

She provides technical and substantive support to the Firm’s lawyers in matters relating to corporate disputes and civil proceedings. She has gained her previous experience working in a law firm dealing, among other things, with the representation of borrowers in legal proceedings concerning the use of prohibited contractual clauses in loan agreements by various banks, as well as in proceedings to determine the liability of an insurer or lack thereof in connection with the occurrence of a damage.

She is a meticulous, inquisitive and committed team member thoroughly understanding legal problems and solving them in a comprehensive and effective manner.

A fifth-year law student at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. A member of the Interdisciplinary Academic Circle of Corporate Law UKSW (Interdyscyplinarne Koło Naukowe Prawa Korporacyjnego UKSW) and the Academic Circle of Commercial Law UKSW (Koło Naukowe Prawa Handlowego UKSW).

She is fluent in English.
